In our beautiful and blessed land, good wine is a form of tradition. It is the required company of ours during feasts and happiness, as wellcomfort to our sadness.

Our passion and our love for the farming of grapes and our desire for the production of high quality wine gave motive to our dreams and so, a few years back, our winery was born.

Fourkas Winery is located in Nea Mesimvria near Thessaloniki, where viticulture is the primary form of cultivation. We viticulture the grapes that are produced our biological vineyards.

PRIMAVERA WHITE

By the variety of Assyrtiko, it is brewed in stainless tanks in 15-16 °C. It is characterized by bright yellow green colour with rich aromatic pallet with notes of citrus fruits and white flesh fruits. It has cooling acidity and fruitful aftertaste, while it is served in 10- 12 °C. It is combined with seafood, white meat, peppered cheese and fruits.

ATRIOS RED

Dry red wine that is produced with the method of classic vinification. It is characterized by intense red colours and violet highlights, while it gives off aromas of dried plums and red fruits. It is served in 18- 20 °C and it is beautifully combined with red meat, cured meat products and cheese.

EARINO BIO

By the variety of Assyrtiko and Sauvignon Blanc and produced with the procedure of classic vinification, which includes grapes of biological farming, it is brewed in stainless tanks and in checked low temperature of 15-16 °C. It is characterized by bright green and yellow color, with tropical aromatic notes of grapefruit and lemongrass. It leaves a fresh cooling aftertaste, pointing out notes of lemon and stone fruits. It is served in 10-12 °C and is beautifully combined with seafood, white meat, peppered cheese and fruits.
